6th MRtrix3 Workshop 2024 – Mastering State-of-the-Art Diffusion MRI Data Analysis
MRtrix3 (https://www.mrtrix.org) 是國際上神經影像及臨床神經科學等領域最為廣泛應用的開源軟體，為腦網路連結體研究提供了尖端磁振造影(MRI)影像分析之平台。MRtrix3團隊透過舉辦國際研討會，讓研究人員對軟體功能有更完整及深入的瞭解，並同時協助個人研究中的應用。研討會期間，與會人員將能與MRtrix3開發團隊和國際專家學者面對面學習及互動，除了熟悉進階腦影像分析技術之外，亦能獲得豐富學術交流之經驗，藉由臨床影像分析技術之提升，來帶動我們對大腦及相關疾病的理解。
本年度MRtrix3國際研討會將於2024年7月1日至7月4日於長庚大學舉行，將會是首次於亞太地區舉辦，並由長庚大學醫學影像暨放射科學系負責主辦。

MRtrix3 (https://www.mrtrix.org) is an open-source software widely used in the fields of neuroimaging and neuroscience for brain connectivity analyses based on diffusion MRI data. The mission of the MRtrix3 organization includes holding in-person workshops to help users comprehend the software and how it can be used for their own investigations. These workshops, through direct interactions with MRtrix3's developers and world-leading MRI experts, aim to provide attendees with practical skills and facilitate knowledge exchange. The workshop is expected to enhance the utilization of cutting-edge clinical imaging methodologies, thereby advancing our understanding of the brain and related disorders.
The Department of Medical Imaging and Radiological Sciences of Chang Gung University will be hosting the upcoming MRtrix3 Workshop, which is scheduled from July 1 to July 4th, 2024. This marks the first time such a workshop will be held in the Asia-Pacific region, as most previous workshops have taken place in Europe.
